After-Sales Service

After-Sales Service Policy
Customer Consultation
If you have questions during use, please call the Chengdu South Electronic Instrument after-sales hotline at 400-9966-051, or visit www.nfdzyb.com for service-center contact information.
Fast Response
If a Chengdu South Electronic Instrument product fails after purchase, please first contact the nearest service center or authorized repair organization. Staff will contact you by phone within two hours after receiving your request and confirm the proposed solution.
Service Hours
The after-sales hotline, service centers and authorized repair organizations operate during normal business hours: Monday to Friday, eight hours per day, excluding public holidays. For urgent cases, please contact your regional business representative to arrange service.
Service Commitments
  • Within the warranty period: for damage caused by parts or component quality issues, we provide on-site service and repair or replace the affected parts free of charge.
  • After the warranty period: spare parts and repair services are provided at preferential prices.
