Continuous centerless grinding: A through-feed cylindrical centerless grinding unit completes outer-diameter processing without positioning clamping. High-precision grinding wheels and feed systems support batch continuous grinding and improve process consistency.
Precise rinsing and drying: After grinding, high-pressure rinsing removes chips automatically. A 120-150°C constant-temperature drying system with ±1°C temperature-control accuracy keeps product surfaces dry and clean, preventing water marks from affecting subsequent inspection and storage.
Full-dimensional online inspection: Integrated inspection modules cover diameter, height and appearance defects. The measurement range is 0.3-30 mm, diameter/height measurement accuracy reaches ±0.002 mm, and appearance-defect inspection accuracy reaches ±0.05 mm, enabling real-time rejection of nonconforming products.
