High-accuracy measurement: the Venturi geometry provides a stable flow profile, supporting accuracy of ±0.5% to ±1.0%.
Low permanent pressure loss helps reduce pumping energy and operating costs.
Wide range ratio: the range ratio can reach 10:1, suitable for working conditions with large flow fluctuations.
The simple, robust structure provides stable performance across a wide range of services; materials can be selected from carbon steel, stainless steel, Hastelloy, etc., with high temperature and high pressure resistance (up to 42MPa/600℃).
Easy to install and maintain.
It is a standard throttling device designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T2624 and calibrated according to the national standard JJG640. No calibration is required.
Remote monitoring and system integration: optional 4-20mA+HART, RS485, wireless transmission, seamless connection with DCS/PLC system.
