NFUD ultrasonic density meter
The ultrasonic density meter is based on the law of the speed of sound and achieves measurement by measuring the relationship between the propagation speed of ultrasonic waves in the medium and the density. Its core components include ultrasonic transmitters, receivers, signal processing circuits and display devices. The density value is calculated through the time difference or amplitude attenuation of the transmit-receive signal.
Product Overview
Features
1. Ultrasonic waves have good propagation characteristics in liquids. The instrument has no moving parts, does not require regular adjustment and correction, and is maintenance-free;
2. Ultrasonic detection is not affected by the turbidity, color and conductivity of the medium, nor is it affected by the flow rate;
3. The special structure and algorithm can eliminate the impact of bubbles in the liquid on the measurement;
4. Built-in high-precision components ensure the real-time accurate measurement and temperature compensation of the instrument, improving the reliability of concentration measurement;
5. Various media databases are built, supplemented by proprietary algorithms to ensure concentration measurement accuracy and long-term stability.
