UHC Magnetic Flap Level Gauge
The UHC magnetic flap level gauge works on the principles of communicating vessels, buoyancy and magnetic coupling. Connected to the vessel through gas- and liquid-phase flanges, the magnetic float inside the measuring chamber moves with the liquid level and drives the external two-color flaps to indicate liquid or interface level clearly and visually.
Product Overview
▅ Product Overview
The gauge provides direct local indication of liquid or interface position and can be configured with switches or remote transmitters for alarm, control and centralized monitoring.
▅ Product Features
Corrosion-resistant materials: 304, 316L, PTFE-lined, PVC, PP and other materials are available for stable long-term operation in corrosive media.
Reliable low-maintenance structure: A simple and rugged structure supports outdoor long-term installation with minimal maintenance.
Complete medium isolation: The measured medium is isolated from the display, sensor and magnetic switch, supporting flammable, explosive and strongly corrosive applications.
Wide pressure and density range: Operating pressure covers vacuum to 42 MPa, with measurable medium density greater than 0.45 g/cm³; special designs can reach 0.385 g/cm³.
Wide temperature adaptability: Stable operation from -196°C to +425°C.
Strong anti-interference capability: Measurement is not affected by conductivity, foam, pressure, temperature, boiling or bubbles.
Optional alarm and remote output: SPST/SPDT passive bistable magnetic switches, reed switch transmitters, magnetostrictive transmitters or capacitive two-wire transmitters can provide 4-20 mA DC output with optional HART.
