NFSOUND Ultrasonic Flowmeter
The NFSOUND ultrasonic flowmeter is a general-purpose liquid flow instrument developed with a low-power MCU, high-performance integrated circuits and microprocessor technology. Based on the ultrasonic transit-time principle, it supports clamp-on or insertion installation for liquid flow measurement in round pipes, delivering convenient, economical and accurate metering for industrial sites.
Product Overview
▅ Product Overview
The instrument integrates multi-pulse technology, digital signal processing and error-correction algorithms. It can measure single-phase homogeneous liquids such as water, seawater, oil and slurry, and is compatible with conductive or non-conductive, corrosive or non-corrosive liquid media.
▅ Product Features
Non-intrusive measurement: Clamp-on transducers can be installed outside existing pipelines without stopping flow or cutting pipes.
No pressure loss: The measurement process does not obstruct the fluid path, helping reduce system energy consumption.
Wide pipe adaptability: Suitable for large round pipelines and difficult-to-calibrate flow conditions, with pipe inner diameter coverage from DN15 to DN3600.
Non-conductive liquid capability: Provides an effective supplement to electromagnetic flowmeters where non-conductive liquids need to be measured.
Industrial communication: Supports 4-20 mA output and RS485 output with Modbus protocol; optional temperature input supports heat measurement.
