Helium recovery and recycling: Helium inside the tested workpiece can be recovered and reused during inspection, substantially reducing helium consumption and operating cost while meeting industrial energy-saving requirements.
High-precision multi-range leak detection: The system uses a high-precision helium mass spectrometer leak detector. The detector leak-rate range covers 2.8 x 10^-6 Pa·m3/s to 2.8 x 10^-13 Pa·m3/s, while the vacuum chamber leak rate is better than 1 x 10^-10 Pa·m3/s. A calibrated standard leak with a report from the National Institute of Metrology, China supports reliable measurement traceability.
Efficient intelligent workflow: An integrated electrical control system and operator console coordinate evacuation, helium charging, leak detection, recovery and data handling. With a workpiece evacuation port not smaller than Phi 16 mm, the cycle time is no more than 20 minutes per piece.
Modular adaptation for different workpieces: Two vacuum-box specifications are available: Box A 4000 mm x 800 mm x 800 mm and Box B 5000 mm x 800 mm x 800 mm. The device supports workpieces up to Phi 550 x 1200 mm and adjustable helium charging pressure up to 0.5 MPa.
