High-Temperature High-Pressure Water Test Module
An integrated test module for evaluating material performance under extreme conditions. It combines an autoclave, temperature/pressure/flow control, tensile loading, specimen fixtures and data acquisition to simulate high-temperature and high-pressure water environments, including seawater, acidic and alkaline media, for simultaneous corrosion and mechanical-performance testing.
Product Overview
▅ Core Technical Advantages
Three-dimensional high-precision control: Temperature in the loop and autoclave is controlled with fluctuation within ±1°C; pressure is maintained at 20 MPa with fluctuation within ±0.1 MPa; flow is adjustable up to 1.5 m³/h with stability of ±2%, supporting repeatable dynamic corrosion testing.
Multi-function integrated testing: The module supports static and dynamic corrosion tests in high-temperature and high-pressure seawater, acidic and alkaline liquids. It also supports stress corrosion cracking tests under combined tensile/compressive stress and corrosive media.
Reliable real-time monitoring and traceability: The data acquisition system records temperature, pressure, flow, load and displacement synchronously, with sampling frequency up to 300 kHz. Online chemical measurement tracks medium composition and supports complete analysis reports.
Comprehensive safety protection: A dynamically sealed autoclave, over-temperature/over-pressure protection, and coordinated chiller and heat-exchange systems help ensure safe operation under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
