Waste Oil Steam Reforming Platform (Third-Generation Model)
A third-generation experimental platform for radioactive waste oil steam reforming, supporting closed-loop tests covering steam generation, catalyst-steam mixing, high-temperature fluidized-bed reaction and multi-phase product collection.
Product Overview
▅ Core Technical Advantages
Precise steam generation: An upgraded electromagnetic heating steam generator provides continuously adjustable steam output from 1-5 kg/h, 99.9% steam purity and pressure-control accuracy of ±0.02 MPa, supplying a stable oxidant source for steam reforming reactions.
Efficient gas-solid mixing: A venturi mixer and static mixer provide uniform mixing of catalyst particles with steam. Catalyst particle size is 50-200 μm, mixing uniformity reaches more than 95%, and the catalyst feeder accuracy reaches ±1%.
High-temperature fluidized-bed reaction control: The fluidized-bed reaction temperature can be adjusted from 600-1000°C with ±3°C control accuracy. An upgraded pulsed airflow distribution plate reduces catalyst agglomeration and channeling, helping raise radioactive waste oil conversion above 90%.
Classified multi-phase product collection: A three-stage product handling system combines cyclone separation, condensation recovery and filter-cake collection to separately collect solid residues containing radioactive nuclides, liquid condensate and non-condensable gases. Product collection rate reaches ≥99%.
Radiation safety protection: The equipment body uses a 10 mm lead-shielded structure. Mechanical sealing and vacuum isolation protect all interfaces and help prevent radioactive leakage. Operator-area radiation dose is ≤0.1 μSv/h.
Intelligent test data system: An industrial PLC control system collects 12 core data items including steam parameters, reaction temperature and product flow in real time. Data curves, historical traceability, export and remote operation help reduce close-range personnel exposure.
