Automatic conveying and package shaping/pressing: The system automatically receives and enclosed-conveys 50 kg single bags of sodium carbonate. A moisture-prevention package shaping and pressing mechanism compacts loose bags, reducing palletizing space while avoiding bag damage during conveying that could cause moisture absorption, caking or dust leakage.
Intelligent automatic palletizing: A dust-resistant coordinate-type palletizing robot stacks bagged sodium carbonate by layer according to preset programs. Pallets are neat and stable, with efficiency reaching ≥15 t/h, far exceeding manual palletizing speed and reducing labor cost and dust exposure risk.
Flexible conveying and temporary storage: Full pallets are automatically transferred by corrosion-resistant roller conveyors to an enclosed temporary storage area. Storage capacity can be customized to the customer site layout and production rhythm, ensuring continuous downstream operation.
Efficient depalletizing and bag breaking: The automatic depalletizing robot accurately picks full pallets of sodium carbonate, while the twin-shaft anti-sticking bag breaker completes bag breaking and powder crushing. Bag-breaking success rate reaches ≥99.5% and residual material rate is ≤5‰, reducing sodium carbonate waste and dust pollution.
Clean conveying and waste-bag handling: After bag breaking, sodium carbonate powder is accurately conveyed to an enclosed silo through an anti-blocking pneumatic conveying system. The enclosed process prevents dust leakage and moisture absorption. Waste bags are automatically collected, compressed and packed, reducing solid-waste handling cost and keeping the production site clean.
Full-process digital management: Industrial-grade data acquisition modules monitor unloading, palletizing, depalletizing and conveying efficiency as well as equipment status in real time. Abnormal conditions such as moisture/caking warnings and silo overflow warnings are automatically prompted, and production data can be traced and analyzed for refined management.
